If your domain purchase did not complete successfully, don’t worry. Here’s how to identify and fix the issue.
1. The domain is already taken
Sometimes the domain appears available but gets registered by someone else just before you complete payment.
In this case, choose another extension or slightly modify the domain name, for example by adding “app” or “link”.
2. The payment failed
If your payment was declined, please verify:
Your card or payment method has enough balance
The transaction was not blocked by your bank
Your card supports international online payments
After fixing the issue, try again.
3. The domain requires additional information
Some domain extensions such as .fr, .es, or .ca require specific registration details like birth date, ID number, or company type.
If your purchase is affected, our system will notify you automatically.
We will then configure the domain manually once we receive the necessary information. This process can take up to 24–48 hours.
4. Technical or setup error
If the payment succeeded but the domain does not appear in your account after a few hours, please contact our support team on Telegram: @getmysocial_support.
Our team will verify the registration manually and complete the setup for you.
